Purchased a few abandoned units on auction for first time ever.  Stephanie (office manager) was amazing!  Extremely helpful and explained the storage auction process to me thoroughly!  Overall a great experience...if you need a place to store stuff I'd highly recommend this facility.

I rented storage spaces here in the past..never had a problem with my storage items being unsafe. The staff is friendly and helpfull.recomend renting storage here..peace of mind for sure

I can’t say enough about the excellent service and personal support we got from Stephanie. We had a tricky move from out of state, and we’re not able to be present when the entire contents of our home were to be delivered.  Stephanie worked out the details with me and  made sure the delivery went smoothly.  The facility is clean and convenient.  RightSpace and Stephanie have our highest recommendation!

I found myself needing 2 large storage units fast. I called Stephanie to see if she had 2 side by side and she did. I went over right after work and she showed me the layout, the clean units, and how everything worked. She was the most pleasant person to talk with and she gave me a very reasonable rate after showing me the specials available. I went with the 4 month lease and I look forward to seeing her in the future. Thank you Stephanie. You are fantastic.

I went and get a storage for my self this morning around 11:30 and I met the best property manager ever and this guy came in and started been rude out of no where we thought he was playing but no he was just rude, and Stephanie was so calm I don't know how she does it I would slap him lol kidding!

Front desk lady always very rude! Always had issues with getting a hold of someone who worked there. Will not be back. Guess you get what you pay for!

I recently rented a unit at this location. Stephanie was a huge help to me. Moving from the Northwest I completed the entire transaction by telephone and online. Stephanie processed everything for me prior to my arrival. Without her personal assistance the move would have been far more difficult. She is most professional. The facility is somewhat dated but they seem to be doing a very good job of maintaining it. It is quite secure and more than adaquate for my needs.

These guys are great. Super helpful, excellent customer service and the lowest prices I could find in Tucson. When I managed to forget my key to my unit after driving 3000 miles to get my stuff the manager helped me remove the lock. My stuff stayed dry and safe for a year here. The customer service that Lauren provided to me was superb. I have not had this kind of customer service interaction in a long time. One where my needs were truly met, and I had an authentic human interaction with someone who is a pure joy. Most of the time in our fast paced society we don't really expect anything outside of our social groups to really be stimulating to us or leave a lasting impression. But, this was a different customer service experience, and I can truly say that I feel like Miss Lauren is an asset to your company and definitely an amazing worker. She made me truly feel valued and she didn't just provide me the same old customer service experience, the one that was not memorable, but, also not devastating. Rather, she provided me with something that made me smile and truly want to place a great review from my heart! Thank you Miss Lauren for helping me out and really understanding my needs and taking the time to assist me.

This is the third storage company I've worked with, and they're by far the best. Best prices and best customer service.

Only been a customer for a month but everything is great. Access is easy, facility is clean and well taken care of.
